How to Get to Rufiji River Camp

By Road: The camp is accessible by a 5- to 6-hour drive from Dar es Salaam. The journey offers stunning views of Tanzania’s countryside and wildlife along the way.


By Air: The fastest way is by flying from Dar es Salaam or Zanzibar to Mtemere Airstrip, just a 10-minute drive from the camp. Charter and scheduled flights are available daily.
